In this 9-week, 1-1 program you learn to:
Bring awareness to food, body and health fears/beliefs/thoughts.
Challenge diet culture messaging.
Incorporate health promoting tools.
Apply the 10 principles of intuitive eating to YOUR body, and your needs using a flexible, compassionate, and educated approach.
Reconnect with your body by increasing interoceptive awareness.
Utilize mindset and self-coaching strategies to support thought reframing, and behaviour change.
Approach your health and blood sugars (if applicable) using gentle nutrition, and a holistic (mind, whole body) approach.
By the end of the program your relationship with food and your body will have changed; your eating will feel more aligned with your wants, needs, desires and preferences; you will experience less food guilt, and obsession; the joy and satisfaction of eating will have increased; you will feel more empowered in your choices and confident in your ability to eat in a way that is supportive of your whole health; and negative feelings related to weight and body image will have decreased.
