My Story

Hi! I’m Lindsay, MA, BSM(Hons), R.H.N, CIEC and I spent the majority of my life chasing ‘health’ and weight loss by way of diets, restriction and over exercise. Pursuits that left me with a poor relationship with food, my body, and my diabetes.

It wasn’t until I had reached my dieting breaking point that I found intuitive eating, a self-care eating framework that helped me heal my relationship with food, body, and exercise, allowing me to eat with ease and start thriving in my now body. Something that seemed so unrealistic, for so many years when trapped in the dieting cycle.

This is why, as a certified nutrition practitioner and intuitive eating counselor, I’ve made it my mission to help others get off the dieting cycle, so that they can eat with ease and start thriving in their NOW body.
