Hi, I’m Lindsay! A Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, and Registered Holistic Nutritionist (ON) who decided to say “NO MORE” to diets and restriction, and a “HECK YES” to creating food and body freedom all while supporting my whole health more sustainably.  

You see, after years of chasing ‘health’ by way of diets, weight loss, and over exercise (things that were encouraged and often went praised) I hit my dieting breaking point and I began to realize the harm that had come from these restrictive approaches, and how diet culture had negatively impacted my health, my diabetes and my relationship with food and my body. With this realization I began exploring how I could approach my health differently, and break free from the all consuming food and body thoughts.

Enter intuitive eating. 

An evidence based, self-care eating framework that integrates instinct, emotion, and rational thought, empowering you to cultivate body trust and break free of the dieting mindset that can hinder your health, general well-being and happiness.
